The Open Championship 1875 Prestwick
The 15th Open was played at Prestwick for the 13th time. Willie Park Sr. won by two strokes. This, his fourth win, equalled that of Tom Morris Jr. The Morrises were absent from the tournament due to the death of Tom Jr.'s wife.
